At Kisakshi Jaipur, each piece is made-to-order, especially for you.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange policy.
Replacement Policy (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery, applicable only in the following cases:
- You have received a damaged product
- You have received an incorrect product
Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags intact
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase is required

Damages & Issues
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Replaceable Items
We do not offer replacements on:
- Custom-made or personalized orders
- Sale items or discounted purchases
If you are unsure about your item, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order via Instagram DM/Website/Whatsapp.
Exchanges
As all pieces are made-to-order, we do not offer direct exchanges.
However, if you wish to exchange a product:
- You must first request a replacement (if eligible) within 7 days
- Once approved, you may place a new order separately
Please note: Delivery timelines for new orders may take up to 21 days, as each piece is handcrafted.

International Orders (EU Customers)
For orders shipped to the European Union, replacements are only applicable within 7 days of delivery, and strictly in cases where:
- The item is damaged
- The incorrect product has been received
The product must meet all eligibility criteria mentioned above.
